Shipping Policy

At North Vale, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that personalized items, including Initial Bracelets, Initial Necklaces, Birthstone Jewelry, and other made-to-order pieces, require additional production time. These items typically ship within 3–7 business days before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Where We Ship From

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities located within the United States.

Depending on inventory availability, your order may be fulfilled from one of our shipping partners to ensure the fastest possible delivery.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to begin updating after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Carrier scans may occasionally be delayed during periods of high shipping volume.


Personalized Items

Because personalized jewelry is custom-made specifically for you, these products require additional processing time before shipment.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, personalized items cannot be modified or canceled.

Please carefully review your selected initial, birthstone, spelling, and shipping address before completing your purchase.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to update the shipping address.

If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.


Delayed Deliveries

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • National holidays
  • Unexpected transportation disruptions

These delays are outside of North Vale's control.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

North Vale has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.


Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact us immediately so we can assist with your claim.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we will still do our best to assist you; however, North Vale cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may ship in separate packages.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive on different dates.


Shipping Delays During Peak Seasons

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal.

We appreciate your patience during these periods.
